Deep Roots Harvest Rewards Terms & Conditions
1. As a condition of your use of this Site and the Loyalty Program, you warrant that:
a) You are at least 21 years of age;
b) You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation;
c) You will use this Site and the Loyalty Program in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms set out for the Site and Loyalty Program;
d) All information supplied by you on this Site or in connection with the Loyalty Program is true, accurate, current, and complete. We, Deep Roots Harvest, Inc., retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to this Site , the Loyalty Program, and the services we offer to anyone at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Capitalized terms appearing in, but not defined in, these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
3. As part of the Loyalty Program, you will be eligible to earn credits on your purchases at Deep Roots Harvest Stores as follows:
a) Each time you visit a Deep Roots Harvest Store and make a purchase, you will be eligible to earn credits which may be redeemed for discounts on your future purchases. For every $1 spent, you will earn 1 point. You may redeem your earned points at a 2.5% value. For example, you may redeem 100 points earned for $2.50 towards a future purchase.
b) Points have no monetary value and are redeemed as discounts off the total cart value. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
c) You may redeem the discount at any time prior to expiration, however once redeemed the discount will no longer be available.
d) Some Products may not be eligible for purchase with credits, and such Products are designated and changed at our sole and absolute discretion at any time and without notice. Please speak to the staff at a Deep Roots Harvest Store for further details.
e) Loyalty benefits and promotions can only be redeemed at a Deep Roots Harvest Store in person by a Loyalty Program account holder. They cannot be redeemed online.
f) Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or gift cards.
g) Cannabis purchases may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged pursuant to Nevada law. Other non-cannabis items purchased with the discounts cannot be returned for full cash value or credit. Non-cannabis items can be replaced if the item purchased was defective.
h) Points will expire exactly 1 year from your most recent transaction at a Deep Roots Harvest Store. For example, if you made a purchase at a Deep Roots Harvest Store on January 1st of the current year, you will have until December 31st of the same year to make a purchase for your points to remain active. If you do not make a purchase within the year of your last purchase, your points will reset to zero. Once you make a purchase within the year, the time period will reset again to 1 full year.
i) Promotional discounts cannot be combined, stacked, or otherwise used together.
j) Updates to your account info may take up to 24 hours to reflect in customer's account.
k) Purchases and point accumulation may take up to 24 hours to reflect in customer's account.
l) As a Loyalty member, you are allowed to redeem a maximum of 10,000 points/$250 of credits per 7-day period.
m) To join and accrue points, you will need to provide either an email address or phone number
n) To redeem points, you will need to provide a phone number. You cannot redeem points with just an email on file.
4. We reserve the right to terminate and delete any accounts at our sole and absolute discretion at any time, for any reason, and without notice. In the event your account is deleted, your points may also be forfeited at our sole discretion.
5. The Loyalty Program is available for personal use only and not for any business, commercial, or other use.
6. You understand and acknowledge that we may transfer your personal data, for the purposes of facilitating a transaction and providing sales support for a transaction.
7. We will communicate with you by e-correspondence. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
8. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site or participate in the Loyalty Program.
9. As noted in our General Terms & Conditions, the Content contained in this page is subject to change. Management may make changes to the Loyalty Program Terms, the Services described in them, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued access to and use of the Site and the Loyalty Program after any amendment will mean that you agree with these Terms and Conditions as amended. We recommend that you periodically check the Site and these Terms and Conditions for amendments. If you do not agree to any changes that have been made, you must immediately stop using the Site, Loyalty Program, and all Services.
